Once an order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive confirmation via the website, email or SMS where applicable.

Please ensure all order details including delivery address, contact number and selected items are correct before completing payment.

India Village cannot be held responsible for incorrect information submitted by customers.

3. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, operational demand or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or no response from the customer, refunds may not be applicable.

4. Collection Orders

Customers collecting orders are encouraged to arrive at the estimated collection time provided.

Please check your order before leaving the premises. Any issues should be reported immediately.
